Since we met, shortly in 2015 and again at the end of ITK 2019, you touched my heart so profoundly! I’m eternally grateful for you unconditional loving, joyful, inspiring, trustworthy presence in my life. For all your teachings, your devotion, your clear guidance in so many forms. Frances such a beautiful being of light and radiant love whose feet barely touched the ground in your short time on earth and now no longer in bodily presence. So hard to believe. So many days spent with you on youtube with your profound and heartfelt teachings and retreats. And then what a joy to meet you in Utah where it was such a gift to experience your ease, grace laughter and love. Now since leaving the body, Francis you occupy my thoughts nonstop and your presence is with me constantly as I try to fathom the meaning of your departure. Always a deeply felt presence of the pure essence of love in my mind. Never to be forgotten.

Dearly Beloved Living in Christ, When I read the news last night of Frances Xu having laid her body aside, I cried No ! There was a sense of loss., shock, and anger. Then Sacred Tears, and a wave of such Deep Love flowed between our Hearts ! I understood what and why it happened. Profound Peace surrounded me and filled every part of me! Amazing. I heard the voice of Frances say, "Always be (move to, focus on) what you want. I will help you." I felt her . It was as though Frances knew what I was doing in Taiwan. She is continuing to bless and inspire us ! What Pure Heart Love Frances bestows upon us ! She is within The Holy Spirit, a Presence tangibly felt! Today, as I went into the day to work she was with me. Saint Frances. She is a great comfort, a reminder. Light Shine through me! Thinking of you, Frances over the past weeks and months, I could only see and hear this one word, natural. If nothing, but God is Natural, truly Natural, Frances you are a pure reflection of this idea. It feels perfect that the last video call we had ended in 10 minutes of pure laughing, laughing in a perfectly natural expression of love, the wholeness, the lightness, the safety, where everything is perfect and always has been- what a beautiful memory. Francis's gift As I have been contemplating Francis Xu passing and her peaceful and gracious transition, it prompted me to look at my own mortality and a hope that I could accept the leaving of this body in a similar way of peaceful surrender or would the ego's fear get the better of me? Surprisingly I also noticed a deep sadness of leaving this which my mind called 'home' and all the attachments to this identification, which indicates to me how much I still have to forgive and release. So thank you Frances for this gift of looking at the fear of death and attachments to the body/world. Dear Frances I initially felt a shock with sadness on receiving news of your transition. Then into the space of my response came you, your Spirit, and a freedom from judgement and familiar perception of seeming unwellness and death. It felt clear you are still very much alive, and somehow with everyone. Like being on an online retreat with you, only more enveloped in your lovely presence and wisdom as if you were right in the room, inside my mind and heart. You sparked joy when there would have otherwise been sorrow, and it made me smile and then even laugh to think that you are still being truly helpful and sharing the good news, able to travel to many destinations all at once, now you are free to be wherever and whenever. Like Lucy in the film when she said “I am everywhere”. I’ve been looking to angel numbers for guidance recently and happened upon a site a couple of days ago called “Little Spark of Joy”.. and there you were! Shining brightly. Thank You.
