    • Deepening in Purpose
      Deepening in Purpose

There's no problem if the only purpose for the world is healing. Deepening in Purpose I was just walking around a mall in Salt Lake City while waiting for a dealership to finish working on one of our cars from the Monastery. I was starting to realize something deep. At the Monastery, we're used to having some kind of darkness come up on a daily basis and I noticed for myself at least, there used to be an attitude of "I don't want to deal with this stuff coming up" 🤣😅 But while I was walking around at the mall, I noticed a feeling of nothingness starting to come in and meaninglessness. But then I sat down at a table and starting working on my Spirit-given projects and I noticed a familiar trigger come up with someone. Then I noticed my typical reaction of, "I don't want to deal with this" come up with the trigger. Then I realized the purpose of this world is to allow the darkness up so it can be healed. It's not a problem, it just needs to come up and that's only what this world is for. All of a sudden, I felt so joyful as I allowed this trigger to come up happily. There were so many people around me outside and I felt like shouting out the good news, "All this world is is for healing, rejoice!!! There is no other purpose, it's so simple!" (I didn't because it didn't feel appropriate 🤣😅 it was just for me.) But I just felt so safe, and still do. I felt that everyone loved me and wanted to support me. There's no problem if the only purpose for the world is healing. The world will actually support you if you have that purpose. Literally as I'm typing this, the song playing all around me has these lyrics: 🎶 Might as well face it, you're addicted to love 🎶 the-christ.net Previous Next Depression, Depressed, Anxious, Anxiety, Sad, Sadness, Despair, Dark, Darkness, Loneliness, Alone, Lonely Purpose, Mind Training, Focus, Intention, Calling, Goal, Devotion, Plan Up Discover the Way of the Mystic: Free Online Revivals Every Weekend Mystical Christ Academy Christmas Edition: Reborn in Light Where Is the Real Choice? • I Long to Know You
      I Long to Know You

Jesus’ name lingers in my mind, day and night. I Long to Know You I see the cloud mist floating like the ocean from afar. Jesus’ name lingers in my mind, day and night. All of a sudden, his name alone becomes the answer to everything. All of a sudden, all the answers boil down to only one. My purpose, my function, and my message become single. Any unworthiness and self-doubt become part of the answer and not the problem anymore. I accept fully that I can’t do anything without Him. But He is with me. So I can do anything now. “Human nature” makes it seem like there will always be temptations to separate, attack, and fight for personal gain in this world. But maybe, just maybe, we can unite in the single focus and purpose regardless. Maybe we cannot and will not ever fix all of the issues among people and a higher purpose is our only way out. Jesus is my higher purpose and the only purpose. If I hold onto the belief of being a separate human body, this life will continue to be a battle. But with you, Jesus, I can and will fulfill the function you have assigned me. I have to know You, I long to know You, To know what Life truly is, To know what Compassion truly is, And to know what it is like to have my heart Filled with your Love forever and ever. I don’t have much, A burning desire and a willingness to stay humble. But somehow I know, To my loving Father, that is enough. Teach me how to be free From the prison of attack and judgments. And show me how to navigate Through time and space without getting lost. Let me not think I even know how to pray or how to forgive. For if I am content with anything other than total peace and supreme joy, Then I do not know you. Let me become an empty cup once again, With eyes closed and heart wide open, Waiting for You to fill me up. • What is the Golden Rule
      What is the Golden Rule

How does the Golden Rule relate to our perceptions? What Is the Golden Rule? How Does The Golden Rule Relate to Our Perceptions? The Golden Rule is a timeless principle that encourages us to treat others as we would like to be treated. It’s a guide for appropriate behavior, rooted in embracing the correct perception; a holy perception. While it has been expressed in various forms throughout history, the biblical version is found in Matthew 7:12: “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law of the prophets.” Jesus’ way of living and interacting with others exemplifies this beautiful approach to life, one that is loving and harmonious. When we embody this state of mind, it resonates with those around us, inviting them to also honor one another and be in peace and harmony. Amen to that! At its core, this profound teaching emphasizes reconnecting the mind with its inherent nature: the knowledge of its holiness, innocence, and oneness. Spirit is our reality, and Spirit is one; what is one cannot attack. When we release the belief in attack, the foundation for guilt dissolves within the mind. This truth is simple yet transformative: our true Self is innocent of attack. “ You're a perfect, holy, innocent child of God, and the only place you're happy is in your natural environment, which is Spirit, which is eternity!” (David Hoffmeister) Once we accept this truth wholeheartedly, it becomes possible to perceive any situation as either extending love or calling for love. In this holy perception, the Golden Rule becomes attainable. This is precisely what allowed Jesus to be defenseless; his words, “Forgive them, for they know not what they do,” demonstrate that he had reached a state of perfect peace that transcended the belief in attack. Without recognizing that we are part of a singular mind, the mind that God created, unalterable, indivisible, and pure, achieving this level of peace and transcendence remains elusive. To grasp the understanding implied in the Golden Rule, forgiveness must be practiced. We forgive the illusion of separation, the fragmentation, complexity, and distortion that obscure the truth of our oneness. Through forgiveness, Holy Spirit gently leads us to a unified mind and a unified perception that is the forgiven world. “I feel like everything that we do in forgiveness, which is just exposing and releasing illusions, is so that we can love. So that we can love God and love our neighbor as ourselves. Literally, as our self. Not like we are loving somebody else, but literally like we have this self-love that just wants to radiate, radiate, and as we give, we receive.“ (David Hoffmeister) In his book “Jesus: A Gospel of Love,” David eloquently points out that acknowledging and embracing our innate equality as members of the family of God is essential . To see perfect equality, Holy Spirit assists us in giving up the projection of guilt onto others - thereby keeping it within our own mind. Jesus encourages us to look within and examine every thought, belief, feeling and perception we harbour in our mind. By doing so, we can appropriately get in touch with the ontological guilt and release it in order to move toward a state of healing and wholeness . “Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.” (Matthew 7:5) The intensity of the ego’s guilt should not be underestimated. Vigilance against blame becomes crucial, for blame is the ego’s surreptitious way to avoid seeing the guilt within. This vigilance is essential because blame is one of the hidden ways through which we unknowingly identify ourselves with darkness and therefore need the Holy Spirit to remove our vail of blindness. “ But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.” (2 Corinthians 3:14) Only by unlearning the ego entirely, a process that necessitates the guidance of the Holy Spirit, can we attain a holy perception. In this holy state, unity with all supersedes fragmentation and distortion that cloud our minds. “If you are willing, the way will open, for nothing can obscure the innocence the Holy Spirit would have you behold.” David Hoffmeister. the-christ.net Previous Next Holy Spirit, Spirit, Voice for God, Intuition, Inner Voice, Guide, Higher Self Up Discover the Way of the Mystic: Free Online Revivals Every Weekend Mystical Christ Academy Christmas Edition: Reborn in Light Where Is the Real Choice? • Trust Not My Own Understanding
      Trust Not My Own Understanding

We will be content with nothing less than Heaven. Trust Not My Own Understanding This bible quote stood out to me as when it featured on the 'verse of the day' on my Bible app yesterday. Today I was editing a video of a past retreat where Kenneth Clifford was relaying a message of the same essence that served as a very good reminder for me. That this world will never satisfy us, it simply will never be good enough for us no matter how much we try to manipulate the circumstances to suit us. It will still not make us happy simply because it is not our home. We will be content with nothing less than Heaven because that is what we truly deserve. While it may seem like a lofty goal, the Holy Spirt has already accomplished it! He waits not on our readiness. He is ready now! I find myself forgetting this over and over and trying to do the Holy Spirit's job, trying to figure out my awakening, when it is already done. My prayer is to allow myself to be humbled and realize that I really have no idea what I am doing on this journey, nor am I asked to! I am asked to lean not on my own understanding and ask for the answers to be given to me! How simple when I do not get in the way! the-christ.net Previous Next Awakening, Enlightenment, Waking, Self Realization, Self Realized, Wake Up Christianity, Christian, Bible, Religion Holy Spirit, Spirit, Voice for God, Intuition, Inner Voice, Guide, Higher Self Up Discover the Way of the Mystic: Free Online Revivals Every Weekend Mystical Christ Academy Christmas Edition: Reborn in Light Where Is the Real Choice? • What Are The Beatitudes Jesus Spoke About
What Are The Beatitudes Jesus Spoke About

What Are The Beatitudes Jesus Spoke About? How Can We Teach love In This World? Jesus consistently directed our focus beyond the material world, transcending time and form. His teachings illuminated the ultimate truth of our existence; teachings emanating from love and forgiveness. In His timeless sermon on the mount, Jesus presented the beatitudes, a series of blessings that foster a state of blessedness. These profound statements invite us to experience life as children of God. By embracing humility, meekness, and a hunger and thirst for truth, we align ourselves with divine principles. The beatitudes remind us that true blessedness lies not in worldly achievements but in our connection to God’s love within our hearts. “And he opened his mouth, and taught them; saying, Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:3). Jesus isn’t referring to material poverty, instead, He points to a state of being: the poor in spirit acknowledge the limitations of the egoic mind and desire to transcend them. When we shed the illusion of self-sufficiency and humbly acknowledge our dependence on God we become open to His divine grace. True richness lies in dwelling in the beatitudes—in God’s love, peace, and joy. These are the treasures of the heart that transcend earthly wealth; as David Hoffmeister says: “ Do you have the possessions, or do the possessions have you?” “Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.” (Matthew 5:5) To be meek is not weakness; it is a state of being characterized by gentleness, patience, kindness, and humility. Meekness arises from a holy perception, one that transcends the ego’s demands and aligns with divine truth. Jesus embodied meekness during His crucifixion. Jesus submitted His will to God, saying, “...Not my will but Thy Will be done.” (Luke 22:42). “ He was identified with the Christ idea! He was aligned in that flow, aligned to Source, and not identified with anything in the world. ” (David Hoffmeister). “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” (Matthew 5:9) Our true inheritance lies in inner peace . When we accept this as our goal, our awakening accelerates. Peace is the absence of conflict; it’s a state of alignment with divine truth. Jesus reminds us that we are not sons and daughters of humanity; we are children of God. Our essence transcends earthly roles. When we remember our divine origin, peace becomes our birthright. In guiding us back to truth, Holy Spirit uses even what the ego made to lead us Home. “Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.” (Matthew 5:4) No one comes into time and space without being tested, and sometimes to the limit. But when we suffer, it often stems from egoic decisions that go against God’s Will and lead us away from His peace. The path to happiness lies in trust; we trust that Holy Spirit will purify our heart’s desires, and as we surrender to God’s will, peace returns to our mind. “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” (Matthew 5:6) Jesus is referring here to spiritual hunger; a yearning for truth, goodness, and alignment with God’s will. He invites us to recognize that our wants and needs are rooted in perception, not in ultimate Reality. What God created is abundant, and we lack nothing. The path to correcting perception lies in forgiveness and miracle working. As we forgive illusions and align with divine truth, our perception shifts closer to Reality. “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” (Matthew 5:8) To be pure in heart is to cleanse our inner being; to remove the veils of ego, judgment, and fear. It’s about keeping our hearts open to the love of God. When we offer this divine love to all our brothers and sisters we glimpse our true Self. We recognize that we are Love, created by Love, and eternally connected to the Source. The pure in heart behold God not with physical eyes but with spiritual vision. In the depths of love, we encounter the Divine. “God is everything; Spirit is everything; Love is everything; and the world of time and space is nothing. And yet, if we believe in nothing as our identity, we are unhappy, because we are children of God. We breathe, live, and move in Spirit and light. We are a child of light.” (David Hoffmeister) To dive deeper into the experience of the teachings of Jesus: A Gospel of Love , visit https://store.livingmiraclescenter.org/collections/featured/products/jesus-a-gospel-of-love the-christ.net Previous Next Christianity, Christian, Bible, Religion Up Frances Xu Shares About “Miracles and Guidance” How Do We Overcome Fear? • Alex Serra David Hoffmeister Encounter La Casa de Milagros
Alex Serra David Hoffmeister Encounter La Casa de Milagros

Harmony Unites: Alex Serra and David Hoffmeister’s Serendipitous Encounter at La Casa de Milagros Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico On a bright Sunday morning, February 25th, Alex Serra graced La Casa de Milagros with his warm and inviting presence. His purpose? To perform Spirit-inspired melodies through his guitar strings and, more profoundly, to meet David Hoffmeister for the very first time. The entire Living Miracles community gathered in joyful anticipation; a frequency of shared excitement that David aptly described as “a fresh breeze of the Spirit’s love blowing through.” This encounter was no ordinary meeting. It was a cosmic alignment, considering Alex’s decade-long connection to David’s teachings. Their deep connection was evident, as they delved into heart-to-heart conversations, discussing topics both meaningful and mystical. Alex shared how his transformative journey toward open-heartedness began in 2012, right there in Mexico. At that time, he grappled with a very intense process of healing, feeling trapped in a loop of depression. Like all who step onto the path toward the light, he thought to himself “there must be a better way!” With courage, he prayed for happiness, joy and freedom, purchasing a one-way ticket to Mexico. Alex’s mind began to expand through following out-of-pattern guidance from the Spirit, and drawing inspiration from artists who were uncompromisingly shining their light. Through this process, he became a channel of direct communication from the divine, allowing magical lyrics to pour through him: “The miracles will flow before your eyes… the physical world dissolves into the sky.” Both David and Alex reflected on the beautiful synchronicities they’ve encountered by aligning themselves with the organic flow of life. Miracles upon miracles unfolded when their foremost priority was to remain connected to the presence of God within their hearts, residing and moving from a place of inner stillness. David and Alex, two beloved brothers, met in a shared understanding that spaciousness helps to release the role of the ‘doer’ and allows the Spirit to work through them. David likened this wonderful experience to being carried like a twig in a river, letting life show you the inspired way. Deeply connected by their shared purpose, David and Alex see themselves as ‘bringers of light’ to the world, rather than seeking anything from it. “Our own Holiness,” David emphasized, “is what we are meant to recognize and shine. When you get into that rhythm of listen and follow, the trust grows stronger and you're then living intuitively from your heart.” The miracle parables shared by both David and Alex were an inspiration for everyone present, serving as a reminder to not put their faith solely in the five senses. As the session concluded, an atmosphere of palpable love, connection, and friendship enveloped the room. This encounter held a profound and transformative power, infused with music, spiritual gems, and authentic connections. Gratitude filled the hearts of all at La Casa de Milagros, recognizing the celestial orchestration that had brought David and Alex together.🌟🎶❤️ ✨ Watch the full interview here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kGAQfCetOk ✨ Join us on Tribe of Christ to connect with the community!: https://programs.the-christ.net/products/communities/tribe-of-christ ✨ Learn more about answering the call of your heart in this 3-day online retreat package: https://programs.the-christ.net/courses/answering-the-call the-christ.net Previous Next Faith, Believe, Belief, Trust Purpose, Mind Training, Focus, Intention, Calling, Goal, Devotion, Plan Up What Are The Beatitudes Jesus Spoke About? • Frances Xu Miracles and Guidance
      Frances Xu Miracles and Guidance

Frances Xu Shares About “Miracles and Guidance” In Japan, June 2023, Frances Xu held a workshop dedicated to ‘Miracles and Guidance,’ two topics that hold great significance and are central to her teachings. Through parables drawn from her own spiritual journey since beginning the Course in 2007, Frances Xu delves into the profound truths underlying these themes. The central message conveyed by these parables from Frances is that we are not alone. A living presence, an inner healer, accompanies us and provides loving guidance for every decision presented to us. Following this presence leads to peace and happiness in the present moment, so that the miraculous nature of our true reality is revealed to us. She beautifully conveys the love affair we all share with the Holy Spirit; a constant that forever persists, even amidst the noise of the ego. Frances opens the workshop by sharing her own personal account of how she began experiencing A Course in Miracles as a living presence. Although the poetic language of this blue book was profoundly moving and stirred her emotions, she transcended the need for the words. Her life took an unexpected turn when this living presence began directing her actions and leading her to specific places. In her own words, “I suddenly realized there is a power not of this world, guiding everything of this world.” At the time she began her study of the Course, Frances lived in Australia, and life had not unfolded as she had envisioned. Then, on a particular day, she took a walk in the park with a specific question in her mind, “Should I stay in Australia or move back to China?” To her surprise, Frances heard an audible voice that provided specific guidance: “Stay; something is going to happen for you here.” Although the voice never returned, she remained attuned to an internal feeling, a clarity that encouraged her to remain in Australia. Consequently, she stayed there for an additional five years after hearing the voice, even though she had no clear understanding of what she was waiting for. After holding out in Australia for this time, Frances met David while he was on tour. Curious, she asked the inner voice, “Is this what I’ve been waiting for?” The Spirit’s response was unequivocal: “Yes.” “The goal of ACIM is to realize the direct connection we have with Spirit inside. As we step back, he steps forward. As we step back, we see that his decision is made for us.” Frances Xu. This experience differed significantly from what Frances had anticipated from her spiritual journey. Initially, she believed it was all about being a good student by mastering the metaphysics, understanding the concepts, and doing the right things. However, the reality of saying “yes” to Jesus and embracing A Course in Miracles revealed a profound truth to Frances, which she then extends to everyone at the workshop: a divine presence will come forth to guide you. Jesus conveys to us, “it’s my job to help you unwind from the world, not yours.” This is why Frances fervently teaches that we cannot judge how this awakening path should unfold, encouraging us to release the self-imposed pressure on ourselves. Correcting our belief in separation is the Spirit’s function, and our willingness to be guided is all that matters. In this process, Frances shares, we will undoubtedly recognize that Jesus is with us always. “I realized I can’t heal myself, I have to let the Spirit do his job And this trust is unconditional, the Spirit WILL do his job.” Frances Xu. Frances has a remarkable gift for gently leading our minds to a place of total trust. To make us feel a beautiful sense of safety in the arms of the Holy Spirit. Once we say “yes” to God, we can trust that we are held every step of the way. If you’d like to bask further in her words, which provide both a warm and experiential embrace, we invite you to the “Miracles and Guidance” 2-Day online workshop by Frances, recorded live in Japan: https://programs.the-christ.net/courses/miracles-and-guidance-workshop ❤️✨ the-christ.net Previous Next Awakening, Enlightenment, Waking, Self Realization, Self Realized, Wake Up Purpose, Mind Training, Focus, Intention, Calling, Goal, Devotion, Plan Faith, Believe, Belief, Trust Up A Date with Destiny Harmony Unites: Alex Serra and David Hoffmeister’s Serendipitous Encounter at La Casa de Milagros Up comments debug Comments Write a comment Write a comment Share Your Thoughts Be the first to write a comment.

    • How Do We Overcome Fear
      How Do We Overcome Fear

How Do We Overcome Fear? What does perfect love cast out fear mean? Fear, as intense as it can feel, is not real. It’s best thought of as an acronym, F.E.A.R. i.e. false evidence appearing real. The falsity of fear comes from the decision to experience the universe through the five senses. This lends itself to the perception of an unreal physical world which veils the Truth. Because our true nature is abstract Love and Light, experiencing physicality creates the illusion that our Reality, the Reality that God created, has somehow been altered. This is the belief in the ego, or the belief in separation from God. It grips the mind in fear, or oftentimes, terror. The body, which is the star of the show in the perceptual dream, is key to this altered state of mind from Heaven to hell, from safety to danger, and from oneness to separation. “The body is a fence the Son of God imagines he has built to separate parts of himself from other parts. It is within this fence he believes he lives to die as it decays and crumbles. But within this fence he believes he is safe from love ... and if he didn’t die, what “proof” is there that God’s eternal Son can be destroyed.” (ACIM W-260) ∼♥∼ Love is what we are, and love cannot be destroyed; to know fully who we are will cast out fear. ∼♥∼ Returning to Love often requires mind training, which slowly but surely draws our mind’s energy away from the ego, as this thought system is highly addictive when believed in. True forgiveness of the perceptual dream is realized through emptying our mind from all that it thinks it thinks and thinks it knows, to overcome its belief in the “I know” mind. Our real Mind holds only what we think with God, which is pure knowledge of our nature as Love and Light. Any unloving thoughts, which contradict our true nature, stem from the false belief that the perceptual dream is real; that we are merely the body, and that the five senses are a valid test in determining what reality is. Forgiving these thoughts and perceptions can be accomplished by observing them with the Holy Spirit, a gift given to us by God to guide us home. ∼♥∼ “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8) ∼♥∼ As we withhold judgment of our feelings and perceptions, instead giving them over to the Holy Spirit, our mind begins to be cleansed of its perceptual errors; hastening in its return to the light. As we gently recover awareness of the power of our Mind, the light becomes more and more present within it. We become more and more adept at resisting the temptation to make egoic thoughts real or to accept them as true. Eventually, the knowledge of our pristine Mind, where fear can enter not, is recovered. Allowing the Holy Spirit to gently guide our mind to its original mooring in Love indeed changes the purpose for the body. It is transformed from a fence keeping us stuck in hell without hope of escape, to the means by which we can be freed and returned to sanity. In this way, the goal of Heaven has been exchanged for the pursuit of hell. As we allow only loving thoughts toward our brothers and sisters, we begin to recognize that they are intimately joined with us. They are walking along the road back to sanity with us, hand in hand. What a stark contrast to viewing them through the egoic lens which sees them as a source of competition and opposition to perpetuate fear! Now the body serves the Mind it was designed in. It is no longer being used in the ego’s plan for salvation to kill, but being used for the holy purpose of extending love. ∼♥∼ “There is an experience that brings an end to all uncertainty and an end to all questions. The experience is Love.” David Hoffmeister. ∼♥∼ To dive deeper into the experience of the teachings of Jesus: A Gospel of Love , visit https://store.livingmiraclescenter.org/collections/featured/products/jesus-a-gospel-of-love the-christ.net Previous Next Up Harmony Unites: Alex Serra and David Hoffmeister’s Serendipitous Encounter at La Casa de Milagros Frances Xu Shares About “Miracles and Guidance” A Date with Destiny Up comments debug Comments Write a comment Write a comment Споделете мислите си Напишете първия коментар.
